Rancho Vista is located east of Colorado State Highway 145,
the Dolores Highway, halfway between Cortez and Dolores.
Directions:
- From Cortez, drive north on Highway 145 to
County Road N. Turn right (east) on County Road N and proceed about 1.5 miles. Turn left (north) on County Road 28 and proceed about 1.5 miles. You will cross County Road P. Turn right (east) on County Road P.7
and proceed about a quarter mile straight through the cul-de-sac and
into our center driveway. The house is brown stucco with
turquoise trim.
- From Dolores, drive south on Highway 145 to
County Road P. Turn left (east) on County Road P and proceed about 1.75 miles.
Turn left (north) on County Road 28 and proceed about a quarter mile. Turn right (east) on County Road P.7 and proceed about a quarter mile
straight through the cul-de-sac and into our center driveway. The house is brown stucco with turquoise trim.
Rancho Vista is a 6.5-acre teaching and family ranch. The "Joslin" sign is at the end of our driveway and you will see the round pen, arena, and
barn with its "Arena Cafe" sign as you drive in. The hay field and pasture are on the left side of the driveway and garden beds bloom from the front yard. |
